2. Real Estate agents often make suggestions for improvements needed, but they aren't as detailed as a professional home stager.

Bond cancellation

The cancellation fee will be calculated pro-rata if you do sell your property before 3 months is over but only if you gave notice, in other words the sooner you give notice the better.

Determining the Selling Price

When determining the asking price for your home take current market conditions into consideration and look through the eyes of a potential buyer and decide how much you would be willing to pay for your property if you had to buy it. Also take the actual selling price of similar properties in your area into consideration, be realistic tough and compare apples with apples; another option is to get an appraisal from a professional appraiser.
